DCF FAILURE 16-month-old dies after charge of abuse by his father

An agency under the Department of Children and Families had granted father custody of 16 month old Ronderique in December. The child suffered from a ruptured spleen, fractured forehead and bleeding brain. DCF spokeswoman says, there were mistakes made. No kidding? and they’re trying to figure out what went wrong.
If DCF is doing its job there should be ‘No Mistakes’ being made- No ‘trying to figure out what went wrong’. This is just gross mismanagement, nothing more.
